Baby massage: Learn how to massage your baby while meeting other mums is a wonderful way to enjoy your newborn.
Baby yoga: gentle movement and streches for baby and mum while learning nursery rhymes
Toddler yoga: once your little one is on the move, it is time to learn new movement and routines to have fun with our bodies.
Most activities are held at the Women Health Resource center for free or a small fee.
